The packaging manufacturer Mondi has agreed with CEO Peter Oswald that he will step down as CEO and from the administrative board of Mondi on 31 March 2020 and leave the group.
Andrew King, previously CFO, will assume the role of interim CEO once Oswald steps down and until a successor is appointed.
