For the third time in four years, Montpellier has confirmed its title of France's most welcoming city for dogs and their owners, according to the journal 30 Millions d'Amis. The results of the survey derive from information provided by the local authorities. Criteria taken into account include the accessibility of public spaces and public transport for dogs and the fact that a dog educationist paid by the city has been appointed to engage in various districts in Montpellier.
