Musti Group board confirms Cláudia Azevedo as chairwoman

Musti Group Plc's board of directors has confirmed Cláudia Azevedo as chair and Jeffrey David as vice-chair at its organising meeting, according to a press statement by the Musti Group. The board also reappointed members to its audit committee and remuneration committee.

Tiina-Liisa Liukkonen continues to serve as chair of the audit committee, with João Dolores and Johan Dettel as the other members. Cláudia Azevedo continues to serve as chair of the remuneration committee, with Jeffrey David as the other returning member. Eduardo Piedade was newly elected to the remuneration committee.

The Musti Group operates 497 stores across Finland, Sweden, Norway and the Baltics and recorded net sales of EUR 509 million in 2025.
