The Nestlé Group generated total sales of CHF 89.5 billion (approx. $107.6 billion) in the 2025 financial year, with organic growth of 3.5%. In 2024, however, sales amounted to CHF 91.35 billion ($103.7 billion), according to the Nestlé Group in its 159th annual financial statements and the 2025 Annual Review. The operating trading profit margin was only 14.39%, down from 15.7% in 2024. Net profit fell from CHF10.8 billion ($12.36 billion) to CHF9.03 billion ($12.36 billion).

One of the fastest-growing business areas is pet care. Nestlé's Purina brand is considered number one in America and number two worldwide. Annual growth of 4-5% is expected by 2027. Nestlé generates 20.6% of its sales with pet care products, which amounted to CHF 18.4 billion in 2025.
