Biofeed, a Polish pet food manufacturer, has appointed Michał Deliński as Export Director, effective January 2026. The move supports the company’s ongoing development of export operations following recent production expansion, including the launch of wet pet food manufacturing in 2024. Biofeed operates multiple plants in Poland and employs over 400 people.
The decision is part of the company’s efforts to further structure its export activities and support continued development in international markets. In his new role, Deliński will be responsible for Biofeed’s export operations, with a focus on expanding the company’s presence in selected European markets and non-EU territories. His responsibilities will include the development of distributor networks, coordination of private label projects and the management of long-term cooperation with international business partners, the company says in a media release. The appointment coincides with the ongoing organisational and operational changes within Biofeed.
Alongside its established dry pet food production, the company began manufacturing wet pet food in 2024 following the acquisition and upgrade of a dedicated production facility in the Pomerania region of Poland. The investment expanded Biofeed’s production capabilities and product scope for export markets. The company maintains an internal Research and Development Centre supported by a dedicated R&D team responsible for formulation work, nutritional research and quality processes essential for pet food production.
Michał Deliński brings nearly 17 years of experience in international sales and export management within the pet industry. Prior to joining Biofeed, he spent his entire career in pet industry at PW Hobby, where he most recently held the position of International Trade Director. His responsibilities included the development of international distribution structures and the coordination of export activities across multiple markets.
