Anido, the biennial trade fair for the petcare sector in the Benelux and Northern France, has announced a new opening date as well as the expansion of its exhibition area. The event in Kortrijk will take place from 25 to 26 January 2026. The organizers have decided to expand the area, because the usual exhibition space has been fully booked already by 147 exhibitors and applications continued to arrive, according to Anido’s own information.
An international line-up
The event’s international scope continues to grow: exhibitors from 16 countries will be present, although the majority still come from the Benelux and Northern France.
The exhibitor list for Anido 2026 features established names, returning participants, and newcomers. Regular exhibitors include Flamingo Pet Products, Gebr. de Boon, Grizo, Laroy Group, Trixie, Vadigran, and Versele-Laga. Companies such as Malanico, Johnson Petfoods, Kinlys Group, and Warmako are making a comeback after one or more absences, while around twenty companies will be exhibiting at Anido for the first time, showcasing a range of products and services, from pet food and accessories to aquariums, terrariums, cages, pet services, and complete store outfitting solutions.
New products and fresh insights
The New@Anido zone serves as both a trend barometer and an inspiring starting point for visitors. The latest product launches will be prominently showcased here. Visitors can also vote for their favorite products on the first day, with the winning innovations receiving the New@Anido Awards.
In expert classes, petcare entrepreneurs and guest speakers will offer testimonials, workshops, and seminars on current industry topics, so that attendees leave with practical insights and inspiration. Detailed information about the expert classes will be announced at a later date.
Two trade fairs under one roof
On Monday, 26 January, Anido will once again share the roof with the DIY, Pro & Garden trade fair. DIY stores, hypermarkets, and garden centers with a petcare department can thus attend both fairs on a single day.
Admission is free for professionals and start-ups of the petcare industry, provided they pre-register at http://www.anido.be.
