The German pet food manufacturer Josera is expanding with the construction of a modern dry food plant in Nowy Tomysl, Poland. On 24 May, a ceremony was held to mark the signing of the memorandum of association and the groundbreaking for the building. “Alongside the production facility erected over 15 years ago for mineral mixes and special products for livestock, a modern, innovative plant is being created to manufacture pet food,” says the company.

Work on the company’s latest production facility has been in progress for four months and is expected to be completed in 2025.

A number of international markets will be supplied with dog and cat food in the future from the plant with its energy-optimised, ultra-modern technology for gentle product processing.
