Voff acquires Energique

Voff Premium Pet Food in Sweden has announced its takeover of the Dutch manufacturer Energique. The acquisition is Voff’s first in the Netherlands and the ninth in total since it was established in 2014.

Energique produces a range of natural raw pet food as well as veterinarian-approved raw food that is available in veterinary clinics in the Netherlands and Belgium. The co-owners to date, Esmae Minne and Karel Nijholt, will hand over management of Energique’s operations to the new managing director, Jan Fokko Nijdam, this year.
