United Petfood acquires Effeffe

United Petfood, international producer of dog- and cat food, announces the acquisition of the Italian company Effeffe Petfood, a producer of private label petfood.
Effeffe has more than 30 years of experience in the private label petfood industry and employs 85 people. The acquisition fits in the strategy of United Petfood to further strengthen its position in the international market. The takeover of the production site enables United Petfood to expand its business in the Italian market.
