Zoomark: new days, more space

Zoomark International 2019 in Bologna will no longer take place over a weekend; instead it will now run for the first time from a Monday (6 May) to Thursday (9 May). In making this change, the organisers are reacting to the results of a survey in 2017 with the aim of taking account of the wishes of foreign visitors. They also want to increase the attendance figures further. 27 000 visitors came to the last Zoomark, a third of them from abroad.
Another new element relates to the expansion of the exhibition area: the new halls 28, 29 and 30 have now been added to halls 25 and 26, increasing the exhibition area by roughly ten per cent.
