Growing numbers in China

This year’s Aquaria China, held at the Jinhan Exhibition Centre, Guangzhou, Guangdong from 7th to 10th September was attended by 103 exhibitors (74 in 2004) from 13 countries, amongst them the UK, Germany, the Czech Republic and Israel. Nearly one half of the exhibitors were from overseas. The number of trade visitors increased from 3 083 (in 2004) to 3 391 this year. The show was open to the general public during the last two days. The number of non-trade visitors also showed a marked increase, rising from 12 786 (in 2004) to 14 566.
