HohageGerman company Hohage does not recognise any particular trends in presentation on pegboards, slat walls etc. "There are always individual solutions for certain products and product ranges which we develop and realise," states Volker Kluczka, head of the sales department. The company recognises, however, a move in the direction of a stronger commitment to space management, facilitating customer guidance in the store and at the wall unit. "We develop individual solutions together with the industry and the shopfitting companies," continues Volker Kluczka. Hohage operates in most European countries as well as overseas. It develops and produces solutions for any common systems of presentation like pegboards, slat walls, grid walls, wall units, shelf columns, hooks for cross bars etc.www.hohage.deHohage presentation systems can be used in most specialist pet shops.TereonBased in the Czech capital Prague, Tereon specialises in complete sales units for fish, birds, small animals, reptiles, dogs and cats. The company cites its aviaries as an example. These have a transparent front panel and an integrated suction system that keeps the aviary clean and thereby keeps the birds in a good condition. Another trend is curved front panes in aviaries, small animal housings and aquariums.Casco Europe has 22 employees and an additional team of four project managers, who visit potential customers and discuss shopfitting with them. They then draw up cost proposals for the clients, with drawings produced free of charge. Matthew Bubear, managing director: "We can provide all the pet and aquatics equipment along with dry goods racking and other non-livestock-related equipment." In recent weeks the company has completed two projects: Arboretum Garden Centre in Carlow (Ireland) and Pets At Home in Stockport (UK). This has displays including aquarium units that can be viewed from two sides, piped bubble music and a 4x3 m projector screen that shows fish swimming around.www.casco-group.comUK…
