Belgian pet specialist chain Tom&Co has started stocking the Royal Canin Veterinary range for dogs and cats in its stores. According to the company, it is the first pet specialist retailer on the Belgian market to carry the range directly; it was previously available only through veterinary practices or online.

The move forms part of a reworked parapharmacy section that Tom&Co is rolling out across its store network. The section brings the retailer's health-related assortment together in one place, covering veterinary diets for weight management, digestive disorders, urinary health and allergies, alongside antiparasitics, care products and supplements. It also carries Purviso, the chain's own vet-developed diet range.
