Flagship store in Vigo expanded to 530 m²

Tiendanimal is continuing to consolidate its network of stores on the Iberian Peninsula: the company has announced the official reopening of its significantly expanded retail space at the Vialia Estación de Vigo shopping centre. Following extensive modernisation and refurbishment work, the store now covers around 530 square metres. This positions the omnichannel retailer as the undisputed market leader in the urban centre of the Galician port city.

The expansion is a direct response to changes in pet owners’ shopping behaviour and is fully in line with the company’s motto, ‘Pet care, easier than ever’. At the heart of the new store layout is the seamless integration of brick-and-mortar retail and e-commerce (Click & Collect):
