Hill’s Pet Nutrition has announced a major change in its global veterinary leadership: on 30 June, the long-serving Global Chief Veterinary Officer, Dr Jolle Kirpensteijn, will retire after 13 years with the company. Dr Karen Shenoy will succeed him on the global leadership team, with a view to further expanding the premium pet food manufacturer’s engagement with the veterinary community worldwide.

As the new Global Chief Veterinary Officer, Karen Shenoy will take charge of the global Professional & Veterinary Affairs division. In this key role, she will represent Hill’s in international industry activities and act as a central link to the veterinary profession. Her core responsibilities include leading the professional and sales teams, as well as strategically promoting clinical innovations in animal nutrition.
