The Italian pet specialist Arcaplanet has unveiled its strategy for 2026 and aims to open around 50 new stores this year, focusing in particular on regions where the brand currently has a weaker presence. The company is placing particular emphasis on southern Italy.
According to reports in the trade press, the roadmap centres on five key principles: greater convenience, closer customer engagement, improved price perception, stronger house brand products and an expansion of social initiatives. The marketing strategy is also being overhauled: Arcaplanet will be consolidating its media plans with WPP Media in future.
