With five months to go before Iberzoo Propet 2026 opens at Ifema Madrid, organisers report strong industry support. The event, scheduled for 11–13 March, has already sold 85% of its exhibition space, underscoring sustained confidence in the leading pet-industry fair on the Iberian Peninsula.
The Fair’s newly appointed Organising Committee held its first meeting in October, bringing together a broad range of corporate representatives. Discussions focused on key priorities for the upcoming edition and highlighted growing anticipation among exhibitors and partners.
During the meeting, Ifema Madrid introduced its new organisational structure for Lifestyle and Healthcare vertical events, now headed by Asier Labarga and including Iberzoo-Propet under the direction of Félix Pérez-Fajardo. With experience across fashion, automotive and mobility fairs, Pérez-Fajardo noted that the 2026 edition aims to strengthen its international appeal and surpass last year’s results.
Organisers are planning an enhanced communication campaign to attract a large number of professional visitors. The parallel programme will feature the 43rd VetMadrid Congress, the Forum Iberpet debate space, exhibitor presentations in the Aula Iberpet, grooming demonstrations and the updated Antón and Impulso Awards. Iberzoo Propet will also continue offering its Live Connect digital platform, upgraded to enhance year-round networking and industry engagement.
