The forum for the Spanish pet industry and trade will take place for the eighth time from 11 to 13 March in Hall 10 of IFEMA Madrid as part of the Iberzoo Propet trade fair. Organised by the Spanish Association of Pet Product Distributors (AEDPAC), the forum has established itself as a meeting place for professionals in the pet industry in Spain, bringing together entrepreneurs, executives, veterinarians, regulatory experts, representatives of public administration and market analysts.
Once again, the forum is supported by IFEMA Madrid and is being held in collaboration with the Directorate General for Animal Rights, AMVAC and the Vet+i Foundation.
The first day will begin with a session on the transformation of the business model in the pet care market, which will address the new role of manufacturers, distributors and pet shops, as well as the evolution of the human-animal relationship.
The second day will focus on innovation, digitalisation and animal welfare, while the programme for the third day will concentrate on the present and future of veterinary clinics, in collaboration with AMVAC.
The 8th Forum is free of charge for trade visitors to Iberzoo Propet 2026. More information about the event can be found here.
