Pets Nature has announced in a press release that its long-standing collaboration with Canadian manufacturer Champion Petfoods, known for its Orijen and Acana brands, will end on 11 July. The decision was made by the manufacturer as part of a new strategic direction.
As a result of the short notice termination, Pets Nature will no longer be able to distribute Orijen and Acana products after 11 July. Pets Nature will continue to supply reliable stock until the deadline while stocks last, the company said. Customers are encouraged to stock up early to avoid shortages until Champion Petfoods begins deliveries. Any queries regarding Orijen and Acana should be directed to info.germany@championpetfoods.com once distribution from Pets Nature has ceased.
Pets Nature is using the end of its relationship with Champion Petfoods as an opportunity to start a new chapter. Lucky Jim, the company's new own brand for dogs, will be a high quality range, starting with premium wet food and snacks, followed by a selected range of dry food. Interested partners can get a sneak preview of the upcoming range. Wet food and snacks are expected to be ready for delivery in calendar week 34.
