The German pet food company Granata Pet has embarked on the construction of a Pet Campus with a symbolic groundbreaking ceremony at the site in Bavaria. “With this project we are laying the foundation for our growth strategy,” declared managing director Markus Fuchsenthaler. In addition to offices, the Campus will also feature rooms for training and to stage events.

The modern premises of the Granata Pet Campus, which are being constructed with a focus on sustainability, will provide a new home for employees of the Granata Pet Group. “We are creating a modern work climate with ergonomic workplaces, a fitness studio, relaxation zones, massage service, childcare facilities, regular health checks and other benefits such as complimentary refreshments and lunch. There will naturally also be the obligatory basket of fruit, and dogs are always welcome in the workplace,” adds Markus Fuchsenthaler.

Innovative start-ups in the pet sector will also be afforded the opportunity on the Campus to benefit from Granata Pet’s expert knowledge, extensive network and rapid market access as well as a possible initial investment.

Completion is scheduled for the first quarter of 2024.
