United Petfood acquires a stake in Lider

United Petfood, an international manufacturer of dog- and cat food, announced its intention to acquire a stake in Turkish pet food producer Lider Pet Food, which operates two high-tech production facilities in its home country. The company has 15 years of experience in the production of dry pet food for dogs and cats as well as feed for birds, rabbits and rodents. Lider also supplies wet pet food and treats under several of its own brands.
