Casco Pet opens new base in Portugal

The international shopfitting company Casco has opened a brand-new Portuguese headquarters and production plant close to Porto.

The new facility will serve primarily to expand production and aid the introduction of new in-house manufacturing disciplines, including in-house powder coating, expanded joinery production, an in-house R&D lab, a VIP customer reception suite and showroom, new training facilities and expanded break and recreational areas.

Matthew Bubear, founder and chief vision officer along with European COO, João Pedro Ricca, took time to celebrate the opening with the entire Portuguese team and also to present two 25-year and eleven 10-year long-service awards.
