Mondi appoints new CEO

Mondi Europe & International, a division of the Mondi Group, has named Georg Kasperkovitz as its CEO Consumer Packaging with effect from 1 January 2017.
Georg Kasperkovitz (50) is stepping into the leadership role of CEO Consumer Packaging held by Peter J. Oswald, who is also the CEO Europe & International.
Georg Kasperkovitz joined Mondi in March 2016 as finance director for Consumer Packaging. From 2012 to 2015 he was CFO and COO of Rail Cargo Austria AG.
