Kodo purchases the North American market for Precise brands and ANF brands

Kodo and Texas Farm Products Company have jointly announced that Kodo has purchased the North American market for Precise brands and ANF brands. California-based global pet food company Kodo has owned and represented these brands outside Canada and the USA since 2007, and has utilised Texas Farm Products Company as its US-based pet food manufacturer. This relationship will continue, with the brands being made at the Texas Farm Products manufacturing plant in Texas.
Kodo will be growing the ANF and Precise brands worldwide, concentrating on brand building, customer service and consumer awareness of the superior formulations of its brand family. The Precise sales team will be joining the company.
