Awards to Maxi Zoo and Aquael Zoo

The IPC Research Institute in Warsaw has awarded the Recommendable Shop title to Maxi Zoo in Warsaw and Aquael Zoo in Swadzim near Poznań. Both shops received very high marks from the auditors for the quality of customer service, qualifying them for the evaluation at the excellent level. Maxi Zoo was out in front of its competitors after being the only shop to obtain 100 per cent of all points which could be gained in seven sales areas analysed. The awarding of the Recommendable Shop Certificate is the result of a study of customer service quality for the pet supplies trade in Poland. The auditors examined a total of 35 sales outlets.
