New executive vice president at PIJAC

Charles Sewell is the new executive vice president for external affairs at the Pet Industry Joint Advisory Council (PIJAC). Sewell has directed public affairs programmes throughout the USA, Australia, Canada and the Caribbean. Prior to joining PIJAC, he served as senior vice president, public affairs leader for the public relations consultancy Hill & Knowlton. He also provided government affairs representation on behalf of the nation’s retail pharmacy and textile services industries.PIJAC wants to expand its portfolio of issue engagements to meet the increasing challenges the industry faces.
