The US dog supplement brand Wuffes has appointed Jonny Purcell as CEO. Purcell joined the company as president in May 2025. Founders Sam Venning and Josh Savinson are stepping back from day-to-day operations and remain on the board as directors and advisers.
Purcell spent more than a decade advising consumer brands, most recently as a director at the investment bank Raymond James, where he worked with pet care companies on growth, M&A and capital raising. He had advised the Wuffes founders for two years before joining.
Founded in 2020 and, according to the company, still without outside investment, Wuffes puts annual sales above $100 m (€87 m) and says its products have been used for more than 1.2 million dogs.
