Ceva Animal Health, one of the world’s largest animal health companies and majority-owned by its management team, has announced the appointment of Sébastien Huron as Deputy Chief Executive Officer. This move is part of a broader evolution of the company’s leadership, Ceva said in a press release, following Marc Prikazsky’s decision to appoint a deputy CEO and transition to a dual leadership structure. Under this structure, Marc Prikazsky will oversee long-term strategic priorities as Executive Chairman, whilst Sébastien Huron will take charge of the Group’s operational management and chair the Executive Committee.
As Executive Chairman, Marc Prikazsky will focus on Ceva’s long-term strategy, including strengthening the company’s trusted and long-standing relationships with its investors, driving customer-centric innovation, developing future leaders, and reinforcing Ceva’s role in addressing major global challenges.
Marc Prikazsky said: ‘This evolution in our leadership structure reflects the scale Ceva has achieved, as well as our commitment to strengthening both our strategic focus and our operational excellence. I am delighted to welcome Sébastien, whose experience, global perspective and people-oriented leadership qualities will be of great value. I have every confidence in his ability to lead our teams with ambition, courage and pragmatism. Sébastien and I will work closely together to ensure continuity whilst driving forward the next phase of Ceva’s development.’
