Vitakraft Nederland under new management

On 1 July, Wim Kieftenbeld will be appointed managing director of the Dutch distribution company Vitakraft Nederland. Kieftenbeld has held various management posts in an American multinational company. In 2007 he moved to a Dutch pet supplies company to assume responsibility for marketing and distribution for its pharmaceutical and food products. Wim Kieftenbeld joined Vitakraft Nederland on 1 September 2009, being appointed initially as director for marketing and sales. In taking over as managing director, Kieftenbeld succeeds Marion van IJzendoorn, who continued to run former family firm Van IJzendoorn’s Groothandel after it was acquired by Vitakraft-Werke in 1987.
