PetAdd is a newly established, London-based B2B wholesale marketplace connecting independent pet retailers with brands and suppliers across Europe and the United States. The platform allows shops and brands to trade directly, with no commission on sales and no fee to join, according to the company. PetAdd was established in late October 2026 and is currently operating with a small group of retailers and brands ahead of a wider rollout.
According to founder Andrew Kors, the platform currently lists 48 brands. Each supplier is manually verified, with business documents and country of origin reviewed before a brand page goes live.
Direct relationships with suppliers
Independent pet shops can use the marketplace to discover vetted brands, browse wholesale catalogues and order directly from suppliers and distributors. The platform offers one account and one shopping cart, with separate orders for each supplier, delivery tracking and a built-in messenger for discussing assortments, lead times and samples.
Wholesale prices, ordering and messaging are available only after business verification. Rather than bundling brands into one anonymous checkout, PetAdd keeps each transaction a direct relationship between the retailer and supplier.
For brands, the platform provides access to independent retail buyers without sales commissions. Retailers can also monitor trends, see what is selling and follow new product arrivals from suppliers.
Developed by pet trade operators
The founders developed PetAdd based on their own experience running a small pet shop and pet products brand. They identified difficulties for independent retailers in finding new products and for smaller brands in reaching potential stockists.
“New shops and new brands have it hard right now. We wanted to build something that actually helps them,” says founder Andrew Kors.
The marketplace is available at https://www.petadd.com/, with registration free for both retailers and brands.
