Record sales in Austria

Fressnapf Austria achieved record sales of €99 mio in 2009, an increase of over ten per cent compared with the previous year (€89.6 mio). Boasting 92 branches at present, Fressnapf has a share of 23 per cent of the overall market in Austria. This is expected to increase to 25 per cent in the next few years. For 2010 Fressnapf Austria is expecting sales of “well over €100 mio”. By 2012 the company should have 120 stores throughout Austria. The 100th store is scheduled to open at the start of 2011.
