Strong growth expected

The second edition of the Pet Expo takes place in Bucharest from 18 to 20 June. The organisers have announced that over 70 exhibitors (previous year: 52), including at least ten foreign companies (previous year: 4), will occupy an area of 1 200 m² (previous year: 600 m²). Over 10 000 visitors (previous year: 3 156) are also expected to attend. These high expectations are based on the fact that the pet supplies sector in Romania is one of the few that is currently growing. The admission price has also been halved, while the accompanying programme of dog shows, presentations etc. has been expanded.
