The store has over 8 000 products to cater for all of a pet’s needs. Its modern store concept is clearly structured according to different animal needs and requirements and caters to many different types of pets including dogs, cats, small animals, reptiles, birds and fish. The store offers exclusive brands, which are only available at Maxi Zoo, along with free consultations for shoppers who want assistance with regard to the best nutrition and products for their pet. Maxi Zoo feels it particularly important that customers enjoy their shopping experience and connect with staff members who are also animal lovers. Customers can exchange a product they have purchased in store within 30 days if they present a valid receipt.
