For its marketing, sales and product development departments, the pet food manufacturer located close to Bremen has brought in familiar faces from the pet food market and the food industry. Talented internal staff have also moved up to managerial positions, according to the company. "We are now adapting our personnel structure to the dynamic growth of our corporate group," comments Max Graf Kerssenbrock, chairman of the Seitz executive board, with reference to staff development in central management roles.
Jessica Perakovic has assumed the head of marketing role. A 38-year-old business management graduate, she joins the company from Vitakraft Pet Care, where she was responsible for trade marketing, market development and product management for non-food & chews. She will also oversee the continued development of the premium brand Fleischeslust, which has formed part of the Seitz Group portfolio for two-and-a-half years. "We aim to grow with Fleischeslust and consolidate our position as a relevant player in the pet food market," says Perakovic. In her new role she has overall responsibility for marketing at the Seitz Group.
Responsibility for overall sales for private label and brand business is now the remit of Bernd Holzhausen. The 50-year-old economist was previously sales director at the spirits manufacturer Berentzen. His brief is to advance the Seitz Group's growth strategy.

Dirk Schneider is the new key account manager for the company's international private label business. Aged 60 and holding a degree in business administration, Schneider brings skills to Seitz including five years of managerial experience as sales director of Partner in Pet Food (PPF). He was most recently involved in the development of the Tönnies subsidiary Petcura.
