Wendy Boise heads Hill's global people function

Wendy Boise has been promoted to Executive Vice President, People, at Hill's Pet Nutrition. In her new role she leads the company's global people function, with responsibility for workplace culture as well as leadership and team development across Hill's operations worldwide.

Boise has spent her career with parent company Colgate-Palmolive, where she has led HR strategies and people initiatives during periods of organisational change. Yvonne Hsu, President of Hill's Pet Nutrition, said Boise had consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and talent development.

Hill's announced the appointment via its own social media channels.
