Spectrum Brands Holdings posted net sales of $753.3 million in the third quarter of its 2026 financial year (ended 28 June 2026), an increase of 7.7%. Organic net sales, excluding currency effects, rose 6.6%.
The Global Pet Care segment grew net sales by 3.3% to $263.7 m, or 2.9% organically. Performance varied by category: companion animal sales increased by a mid single-digit percentage while aquatics declined by a similar margin. North American sales rose, whereas organic sales in EMEA fell across both categories – according to the company because certain retailers had brought orders forward into the second quarter ahead of the SAP S/4HANA rollout. For the first nine months, segment net sales reached $844.6 m, up from $784.4 m a year earlier.
