‘Connecting minds, shaping futures.’ Zoomark has unveiled the guiding vision for its 2027 edition, setting out an ambitious strategy to support the growth of the pet industry by fostering connections between people, ideas and cultures on a global scale, according to a press statement.
Striking a balance between innovation and continuity, several established features will return for Zoomark 2027. Among them is Factory, the area dedicated to companies across the pet production supply chain, covering raw materials, new ingredients, machinery, packaging, premixes, semi-finished products, and services for industry and distribution. Pawfect will also be back, offering a dedicated space for grooming and animal wellness professionals.
Innovation will take centre stage in Next, the hub focused on start-ups, high-tech solutions and emerging trends. For 2027, Next will be presented in a significantly renewed format, designed to offer investors and international players new opportunities for collaboration and engagement.
Atelier is also confirmed as part of the exhibition line-up. This showroom will highlight excellence in pet fashion, design and beauty, featuring premium spaces and products that combine craftsmanship with the highest quality standards. Meanwhile, Aqua Project will return to showcase the best of the aquatics sector and beyond, including aquariums, terrariums and ponds, alongside innovative feed for fish and small animals and cutting-edge accessories.
A central role will once again be played by Pet Vision, described as the ‘beating heart of innovation’. This observatory anticipates and interprets trends in pet food and pet care, celebrating exhibitor innovation. For 2027, it will be enriched by a new perspective: the point of view of retail professionals, recognised as key players in shaping the products of the future.
A major new feature and familiar routes
A major new feature will also be introduced with the debut of a seventh special area. This addition is intended to further reinforce the exhibition’s commitment to representing all facets and segments of the pet world with increasing depth and scope.
Zoomark 2027 will continue to offer curated thematic routes, designed to provide a comprehensive and targeted visitor experience. In addition, multiple stages distributed across the exhibition halls will host a rich programme of events focusing on key trends and the most relevant dynamics shaping the pet industry, both in Italy and internationally.
The Zoomark portfolio is expanding
The exhibition’s global outlook will also be reflected in its expanding portfolio of international initiatives. Among these is PetBridge Powered by Zoomark, set to debut on 25-26 November 2026 at the Bombay Exhibition Centre in Mumbai. The B2B event is designed to connect India’s rapidly growing pet industry, valued at $3.6 billion in 2024, with the international market.
Through these developments, Zoomark 2027 aims to consolidate its role as a leading international meeting point for the pet industry, combining innovation, market intelligence and global networking opportunities, according to the organiser.
