Start-ups and founders are invited to apply

Are you the founder of a five years or less start-up in the pet industry, or do you know a newcomer that has been in business for no more than five years? If so, PET worldwide invite you to submit an application to us. Our trade journal is once again on the lookout for young companies with fresh ideas that are helping to shape the future of the pet industry.

From all the applications, five newcomer companies will have the opportunity to present themselves and their products to a large audience of high-profile representatives from industry and trade at the International Pet Conference, taking place on October 13^th and 14^th in Copenhagen.

Interested start-ups can apply via www.petworldwide.net/best-newcomer-award by June 18^th at the latest.

The selection of companies participating in the International Pet Conference is made by the editorial team of PET worldwide. Each of the five nominated companies will give a five-minute live pitch, present themselves and their products, including a video in Copenhagen. The winner will then receive the PET worldwide Best Newcomer Award on the evening of the first day of the congress.

The winner of the award will be decided by the readers of PET worldwide via an online vote, as well as by visitors to the International Pet Conference. The votes of PET worldwide readers and congress visitors will each account for 50% of the final score.
