The PSC has announced a webinar on packaging EPR compliance, as deadlines across seven US states converge in 2026 ‒ with six requiring supply reports simultaneously on 31 May. The session is aimed at brands at any stage of the process, from those new to EPR obligations to those already hitting obstacles in reporting.
Lowell Huffman, Director of Channel Partnerships at RePurpose Global, will share insights based on observations of more than 100 brands navigating EPR. Participants will learn where some of those brands are going wrong, how the reporting requirements differ across states and why it makes sense to think of EPR as a long-term operational commitment.
