Vetster, the rapidly growing marketplace for pet care, announced in a press release that a virtual veterinary support programme has been launched in selected PetSmart stores in the United States. Vetster's secure medical platform gives PetSmart employees real-time access to licensed veterinarians.

PetSmart employees care for thousands of pets every day in the PetsHotel, salon and small animal departments, whether the pets are waiting for their new homes or enjoying their stay. With direct access to a vet as soon as a question arises, teams can

act quickly and with greater clarity. For pet owners, this means added peace of mind: their pets are guaranteed to be cared for throughout their stay.

Vetster's network includes veterinarians with expertise in all species found at PetSmart stores, from dogs and cats to birds, reptiles, amphibians and small animals. Regardless of the pet, there is always a vet available who understands its specific needs. Vetster was developed to complement, not replace, relationships with vets in clinics, the company emphasises.
