Ukrainian pet treat brand Delickcious has unveiled its new Chef’s Menu range, created in collaboration with renowned chef Yevhen Klopotenko, bringing restaurant-inspired flair to everyday feeding for cats and dogs. The line introduces gourmet dishes designed to elevate the pet dining experience, blending culinary creativity with expert oversight from nutritionists and veterinarians.
Rather than focusing on technical formulation, the collection celebrates the growing trend of pet food humanisation, positioning mealtimes as moments of indulgence and shared joy between pets and their owners. Only three concepts were selected from ten initial ideas, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to quality and innovation.
‛It was important for us not only to maintain Yevhen Klopotenko’s original recipes and signature style but also to create dishes that are both safe and delicious for pets,’ said Oksana Taras, Head of the Delickcious brand. She added that the range aims to transform routine feeding into ‛a celebration’.
Pet food from Unesco’s list of Intangible Cultural Heritage
The collaboration also carries cultural significance, with Ukraine’s iconic borsch featuring as part of the line, reflecting Klopotenko’s role in promoting national cuisine and its recognition by Unesco.
The Chef’s Menu range is already available across Ukrainian supermarkets, pet stores and online retailers, while Delickcious products continue to expand across Romania, Poland and the Baltic states. Backed by Kormotech’s established manufacturing expertise, the launch reinforces Ukraine’s growing influence in premium pet food innovation and lifestyle-led branding.
