Companies recommended by customers

ServiceValue, in cooperation with Deutschland Test, investigated which providers have been particularly frequently recommended privately over the last two years for the study ‘Recommended by customers’. A tip from friends or acquaintances often carries particular weight when choosing a provider, as the experiences of trusted individuals appear more reliable than commercial advertising.

To this end, ServiceValue collected and evaluated around 509,000 customer reviews of 1,749 companies from 110 industries. The recommendations made were determined on the basis of customer information via an online panel. Participants were asked to indicate the extent to which they had already recommended providers they are customers of or have been customers of during the last 24 months to their social circle. 

The respective industry winners received the rating ‘Highest Recommendation’. According to ServiceValue, the survey was conducted on its own initiative and without the participation of the companies evaluated.

In the stationary pet supplies sector, Das Futterhaus achieved the ‘Highest Recommendation’, followed by Zoo & Co. and Fressnapf with ‘High Recommendation’.

In the online pet supplies sector, Zooplus took first place with ‘Highest Recommendation’. Mera Petfood and Chronobalance.de followed with ‘high recommendation’.

Bosch Tiernahrung achieved the ‘highest recommendation’ for pet food. Josera and Fellows followed with a ‘high recommendation’.
