The Upper Austrian company Dogsworld is opening its new Dogsworld Campus, a modern training and further education centre for dog owners, trainers and clubs, on 12 July. The campus combines a training hall, training centre, digital learning opportunities and animal-friendly infrastructure under one roof, reports Managing Director Ralph Leitner in a press release.
With the new centre, the dog sports specialist and wholesaler aims to promote practical, high-quality learning for dogs and set new standards in dog training and dog ownership. Construction began in May 2024 on a total area of 14 000 m².
“We want to take knowledge, technology and love of animals to a new level – regionally anchored, but with a supra-regional appeal,” explains Leitner. “It was important to us to create a place where both beginners and professional trainers can feel comfortable and thrive with their four-legged friends.”
The campus is aimed at dog owners, trainers, dog sports enthusiasts and clubs. In addition to practice-orientated workshops and certified courses on site, the Dogsworld Campus also offers space for all dog enthusiasts who simply want to spend some quality time with their four-legged friend – without any pressure to perform or the aim of further training. There is also a Splash dog wash on site.
At the centre of the campus is the new Granit training hall, equipped with a large mirror wall and a modern video analysis system. This allows dog handlers to continuously reflect on and improve their training. The offer is complemented by the training centre with modern presentation technology, generously fenced free-range and training zones as well as the “paw quarter” – for exercise and fitness training with dogs of all ages. Individual training zones can be hired on a flexible basis.
On Saturday 12 July from 10 am to 5 pm, the Dogsworld Campus at Veldnerstraße 37 in Neufelden will open its doors for the first time. Visitors can expect a look at the new site and demonstrations across various dog sport areas before the main event with speeches and a dog blessing takes place at 2 pm.
