Dutch and Petmeds join forces

Dutch, the veterinary telemedicine company that enables vets to virtually diagnose, prescribe and treat pets, has announced its partnership with Petmeds, expanding its offering as a provider of affordable and accessible pet healthcare services.

In the press release, the company reports that this new partnership will enable pet owners to use Dutch's convenient technology and team of veterinarians to obtain timely prescriptions for Petmeds' wide range of medications. Petmeds users will be able to sign up for a monthly Dutch membership and connect virtually with veterinarians in 34 states across the United States 24/7.

Dutch also reported that the demand for veterinary telemedicine services has never been greater. According to the recently released State of Veterinary Care Report 2025, 129 mio Americans, or approximately 38 per cent of the population, live in areas without veterinary care, underscoring the significant need for more accessible pet care options.
