Voff Premium Pet Food acquires Aristo Oy

Voff Premium Pet Food announced its takeover of the Finnish manufacturer Aristo Oy. This further extends Voff's portfolio of premium pet food brands, thereby consolidating its position in the Nordic market. It is the seventh acquisition by Voff since it was established in 2014 and also the company's second acquisition in Finland.
Aristo Oy was founded in 2003. It adds natural chew products to Voff's portfolio. These are distributed under the Rauh! and Rekku brands in the Nordic countries.
Voff is a leading European manufacturer of natural premium pet food. The company is based in the Swedish capital Stockholm.
