Catarina Neumann arrives at Mars Petcare

Catarina Neumann has become director of corporate affairs at Mars Petcare in Germany. She will be responsible for the company's internal and external communications and for its public affairs department. Neumann joins the German management team, reporting to managing director Barbara Bajorat. She succeeds Raoul Hamacher, who had occupied the post since 2018 and is now involved in the global operations of Mars.
Neumann had worked previously for Beiersdorf in Hamburg since 2008. Among other things, her responsibilities there included communications related to international brand PR, HR and scientific matters. Digital communications and global digital corporate channels of the consumer goods group were added to her remit more recently at the company.
