Seitz welcomes four experienced top managers

The Germany-based Seitz Group has added a new level to its management structure. Jessica Perakovic takes over as head of marketing. A 38-year-old graduate in business administration, she has moved to Seitz from Vitakraft Pet Care, where she was responsible for trade marketing, market development and product management for non-food & chews. Her role will include developing further the Fleischeslust premium brand, which has been part of the Seitz Group for two-and-a-half years.
Overall responsibility for private label sales and the brand business at Seitz has been assumed by Bernd Holzhausen. The 50-year-old Holzhausen is an economics graduate and was latterly sales director at the spirits manufacturer Berentzen.
The new key account manager for Seitz's international private label business is Dirk Schneider, a 60-year-old business administration graduate. Among other things, he brings five years of management experience as sales director of Partner in Pet Food (PPF). He has recently been involved in building up the Tönnies subsidiary Petcura.
Cem-Tamer Ceylaner, a 33-year-old food technician and native of Bremen, is the new head of product development. He has moved to the company from Saturn Petcare, where he was a project leader in charge of developing new moist food products.
In the course of this year, the Seitz Group intends to recruit more specialists and managers, thereby significantly increasing the workforce, according to Max Graf Kerssenbrock, chairman of the Seitz executive board.
