Manna Pro acquires Oxbow

The US pet product manufacturer Manna Pro Products has acquired Oxbow Animal Health, a 30-year-old supplier of premium products for small animals. John Howe, CEO of Manna Pro, said that Oxbow will complement the diverse product portfolio of his company and share its commitment to quality, innovation and the overall advancement of pet health.
Oxbow is Manna Pro's largest acquisition and continues the company's commitment to increase its offering. Manna Pro is owned by funds managed by global investment firm Carlyle.
