Aller Petfood Group reshuffles board

The Aller Petfood Group has announced that following a decision by the shareholders, board chairman Marcel Blok and board member Jacob Klingemann will leave the board of the company with immediate effect.
“In recent years Aller Petfood has grown its business significantly and has built strongholds in selected key markets and with numbers of value customers. However, Aller Petfood Group is stepping into a new era and going forward with the shareholders’ wish to enhance the focus on improving operations and adding even more value to the partnership with their customers.” Michael Zøhner will take up the position of chairman of the board at Aller Petfood Group. He has previously served in executive positions and as senior vice president at Lego and Arla Foods among other appointments.
