Top spot for Zooplus

Europe’s leading online shop for pet products receives an award for excellent customer service

Zooplus has taken the top spot in a sector-wide study by the analysis and consultancy company Service Value of Cologne. For its so-called “ServiceAtlas Online Shops 2013”, the company evaluated 4 732 customer ratings of 36 shops. Over 30 specific performance features and six test categories were also assessed from the customer viewpoint. Zooplus came out as the overall winner as well as coming top in the categories “Design of online shops”, “Product recommendations” and “Dispatch service”. The online shops of Esprit and QVC came second and third.
